committee members prepared to chair sub committees
(Junior, Secondary, Senior Men's and Women's Hockey).

all levels, particularly secondary school.
We are proposing:
issue of rule books;
theory exams;
discussion sessions;
issue of Central Bay Umpire Shirts;
mentoring.
