    • Central Bay Hockey would like to develop our umpiring volunteers at all levels, particularly secondary school.
    We are proposing:

  • issue of rule books;
  • theory exams;
  • discussion sessions;
  • issue of Central Bay Umpire Shirts;
  • mentoring.
